What do they say?
A beautifully restrained and elegant expression of Chardonnay. The nose displays an array of delicate citrus characters, melon and floral notes with a suggestion of candied peel. The palate is soft and well rounded. Initially it's predominantly ripe apple and citrus fruit, but as this lingers more creamy toasty flavours follow.
What does the English Vine say?
It has been hard to find a Chardonnay that we love in the UK but this one hit the nail on the head. Similar to a French unoaked Chardonnay but better! Crisp, with hints of lemon, this is one you will keeping drinking all day long.
