If you've been following us for a while you may have spotted how English Sparkling Wine is often compared to champagne, this is mainly due to the how it is made (we will spare you the science). But now English Sparkling continues to tear up the rule book, this time by producing incredible fizz using the same method as Prosecco, AKA the Charmat Method. In short, this method is quicker and more cost-effective meaning English Sparkling produced like this represents great value for money and can happily take on any Prosecco (frankly they'd give champagne a run for their money too).
