English vs. Provence Rosé Case
The Battle Rosé is on
Let's tell this straight, French Provence rosé is incredible. But we're not one to shy away from a challenge. So we thought we'd put our money where our mouth is and pitch them against the best English rosé available right now. So, now it's your turn to tell us what you think? But we want to draw some battle lines here. So not only does this case contain some top flight rosé wines, we've also paired them together in 3 battles so you can really put them to the test.
Battle 1: The Easy Drinkers
Toppesfield Rosé, Essex vs. Chateau Ollieres Rosé, Coteaux Varois
Both of these are fun, elegant and refreshing rosé wines that are difficult not to enjoy. But... which one is the ultimate easy drinker which would make you keep reaching for more?
Battle 2: The Organics
Oxney Pinot Noir Rosé, Sussex vs. Le Pigeonnier Cotes de Provence
Summer and chilled rosé. The perfect pairing. Both of these pride themselves on being 100% organic which can be surprisingly difficult to achieve. But which one has done it better?
Battle 3: The Big Hitters
Albury Silent Pool Rosé, Surrey vs. Ultimate Cotes de Provence Rosé
Albury was by far one of the best sellers last summer, but we weren't too surprised it's that good. It's definitely a British Big Hitter selling out across the country in little to no time. But it's up against the world famous Ultimate Cotes de Provence Rosé. Better found on a fancy French ski-resort or an overpriced beach resort in Greece, it's famous for a reason. Our CMO doesn't stop talking about how good it is (too much time in fancy ski resorts we reckon). So which will come out the ultimate champion?
So, that's the line up. What a competition we have on our hands.
In the box you'll get a battle card so you can score the results and share it on social media. We'll then tally the scores and, whatever happens, we'll share the results. Promise! Game on.
