What do they say?
We’re sure you’ll love this Traditional Method classic cuvée sparkling wine. An explosion of lemon and lime, a hint of aniseed and aromas of cherry blossom excite the nose and palate. The rich texture and ripe red fruit notes expressed in this classic blend reflect the near perfect growing conditions of 2018.
What does the English Vine say?
Love at first taste and we regretted not being able to stay and enjoy the rest of the bottle when we first visited this gem of a vineyard in Sussex. Clean, crisp, acidity under control, everything you want from an English Sparkling Wine. Neil's top tip is to save it for a year as this sparkling wine will age well. However, he also says that he'd be unlikely to wait that long such is the goodness contained in this bottle. But that is the joy of wine - deciding when to drink it. We vote now but you'd not be missing it out if you let it sit for a year. Perhaps just get enough to do both?!

The Hidden Springs vineyard was originally established in 1986 and experienced many years of successful, high-quality wine production however, in the mid 2000s the vineyard was converted to a campsite. Thankfully in 2015 the former vineyard site was restored, removing the remains of the campsite and planting over 24,000 vines across 13 acres.
