We are committed to offer FREE UK Delivery. We will aim to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Deliveries are next working day if you order the day before by 2pm. Orders placed after Thursday 2pm through to Monday before 2pm will arrive on Tuesday. We cannot send wine on bank holidays, so please allow an extra day.
Remember, this is next working day, so if you want wine for the weekend (i.e. to arrive Friday), order by Thursday 2pm.
We do offer a Saturday delivery option but at an extra cost (we'd love this to be free as well but we just can't make it happen currently!).
Can you delivery Internationally?
Short answer, yes in most cases with a few exceptions.
For European orders it's a flat rate of £20 per order, regardless of size.
NOTE - due to Brexit, deliveries to Europe make face additional delays and could take longer during this time. We will endeavour to keep you updated, but if you are unsure, please contact us first.
For orders to Hong Kong, it's a flat rate of £51.85 for up to 6 bottles. Between 7 and 12 bottles it's £85.96. Typically it takes 5 days, sometimes less. If you wish to order more, please contact us.
For anywhere else, please email us with your order or ask for recommendations and we should be able to make it happen: firstname.lastname@example.org
I need wine right now. What can I do?
Me too. But we are here for you first. We'll send you wine ASAP. Delivery is next working day if you order before 2pm. So, if you fancy a drink or two over the weekend, order before 2pm Thursday.
Simply can't wait? Well, if you find yourself in our neck of the Essex woods, give us a shout and we will see what we can do.
Alternatively we can deliver on a Saturday if you are last minute shopping for the weekend, but at a small cost.
I'm thirsty, where is my order?
If you are reading this, then we're guessing something has gone wrong and your order hasn't landed in your wine rack when it should have. Firstly, sorry. Nothing annoys us more than this (well, a few things do but this ranks very highly). Secondly, we will do everything we can to sort it. All you have to do is drop us a note with your order number and we will do the rest: email@example.com
My order is a gift. What can you do?
We love it when our customers spread the word about English Vine, so thank you. We hope we can make your gift that bit more special too.
No orders are sent with any price information inside (it's all done via email, direct to the customer who purchases). Additionally, for that personal touch, you can add a lovely hand-written gift note during check out.
Sadly we don't yet offer a gift wrapping service but gifts come in our awesome boxes which always create a smile.

My order arrived all sorts of broken.
Firstly, that sucks. Sorry. Please notify us within 5 working days of any goods that arrive damaged using our email email@example.com and we’ll take it from there.
We request that broken bottles are not returned but please capture 2-3 photos of the damage in case this is requested by the team. Once done, damaged glass bottles can be recycled through your local recycling centre or through your local council.
If the damage relates to products other than wine please keep hold of the damaged product until you have contacted us and we have agreed the next steps. If anything needs returning, we will cover the cost of the return.
