What do they say?
Pale gold in colour the wine displays hazelnut, fennel and marzipan characters on the nose. The palate has a touch of white pepper spice, is incredibly generous and complex and boasts a long broad palate with a gripping astringency and smooth, long finish.
What does the English Vine say?
We have searched high and low for an orange wine we like and this is rather good. A wine for those of you who like to walk on the wild side or aren't afraid to experiment. Produced from Bacchus, but with added skin contact this wine isn't like the typical English Bacchus' you find.
