What do they say?
A gorgeous red, made from grapes grown in a special plot on Charles Palmer's Marlpit vineyard. Made from high quality Burgundy varietal Pinot Noir grapes, and fully fermented on the skins thus extracting major fruit flavours mainly red and black fruits.
Lightly oaked enhancing the flavour and texture further than many Pinot Noir's. You may get violet and hibiscus on the nose, and flavours of raspberry, cherry and cranberry on the palate.
