What does the English Vine say?
Pet Nat or the longer term Petillant Naturel is becoming the latest wine to drink. Made by the Method Ancestrale (bear with us here), it means the resulting wine is lightly sparkling, low in alcohol, with no added sulphites and a slightly cloudy texture. It's made by putting a young wine in the bottle earlier than usual and letting the fermentation continue in the bottle. As usual Davenport has created a masterpiece with this Pet Nat. Smooth and a great drink to get the conversation going at any occasion. Go on give it a go, surprise yourself and others.
