What do they say?
A pale gold colour with a stream of fine bubbles. Aromas of pink lady apple, raspberry jam, croissants & floral notes. The palate has a fine mousse with orchard and stone fruit flavours, zesty acidity and a nice salinity with a long finish.
What does the English Vine say?
Croissants are something we prefer to eat frankly. In France. With lots of butter, hold the raspberry jam. Anyway, we digress. This is a very gulpable English Sparkling Wine which disappeared rather too quickly despite the long finish. The price is spot on for the quality which we love to see in the UK. It will certainly make you smile on first try. If it doesn't, well, don't be surprised if you're not on our Christmas card list.
