What do they say?
Lush and encompassing ripe yellow apples and vanilla, intertwined with a slight touch of liquorice. The fresh acidity giving a firm core to which the notes of lightly baked apples sprinkled with nuts and pie crust build wonderfully, and the lively bubbles pirouette. Les Chapelles cuvées are created with grapes from our own Avize vineyard.

This biodynamic Champagne, in addition of bringing us Yvonne's message of care and attention to the environment, also transcends the most refined aromas and flavours one could find. An elegant expression of crisp baked apple enhanced with toasted nuts and subtle spices. The charming juiciness is balanced by precise acidity creating both an enjoyable yet serious drinking experience.
