What do they say?
A gorgeous classic medium golden colour, with notes of apricot, peach, and baked apple, with a hint of mandarin. This 2015 vintage is very well developed.
Made with 100% of Charles Palmer's Chardonnay Burgundy clone 95 grapes and aged for 4 years on lees, this provide for a more complex sparkling wine. This approach mirrors some of the more traditional Champagnes. With the Charles Palmer vineyard being close to sea level, and with a diverse terroir, you'd be hard pushed to find an English Sparkling wine with such unique flavours and aromas.
