What do they say?
This is a single estate sparkling wine created in a low intervention method while using steel tanks and new and old oak to bring the best from each variety. This traditional method wine has been aged for 20 months on the lees bringing a robust depth with a lasting elegance to the wine. The appearance is star bright, pale golden in colour and with fine consistent bubbles.
What does the English Vine say?
The Everflyht range was a wine range we had been looking forward to tasting for a while. We finally got the opportunity and were not surprised that the whole office came to taste it. This is a fabulous sparkling that will go with anything, it is so good that the team have bought most of the bottles we managed to obtain so we unfortunately do not have too many left.
