What do they say?
Packed full of tropical fruit with a floral honeysuckle nose and a flinty minerality. Aromas of pear and citrus fruit work harmoniously with flavours of pear, apricot, honey and grapefruit, a beautiful creamy complexity and an exuberant finish.
What does the English Vine say?
'Fresh' was the first description Neil used for this one and we concurred (we'll spare you his Pina Colada references). This Pinot Gris is everything you want with an English Pinot - pristine, a sharpness kept under wraps and an extremely enjoyable drink that transports you to warm foreign lands with sandy beaches, cool breezes, palm trees and questionable Hawaiian shirts. It's the fresh fruits that did it for us. They are perfectly balanced and give this Pinot Gris a unique restoring and wholesome taste that can't help but relax you. A big thumbs up from us.

The Hidden Springs vineyard was originally established in 1986 and experienced many years of successful, high-quality wine production however, in the mid 2000s the vineyard was converted to a campsite. Thankfully in 2015 the former vineyard site was restored, removing the remains of the campsite and planting over 24,000 vines across 13 acres.
