Produced from the best Bacchus grapes in East Anglia. It's pure Bacchus, named after the Roman god of wine and a star grape of England. Here it shines with wonderfully aromatic, floral and grassy lemony fruit. The design of the bottle perfectly captures the freshness of this white.

Grapes were whole bunch pressed in a champagne style press at a medium extraction rate. Fermented separately in two stainless steel tanks, one tank was fermented using a thiol enhancing yeast promoting characters of passionfruit and grapefruit. The other tank was fermented using an aroma expressive yeast, known for enhancing the tropical elements. Before blending one batch of Bacchus was lees stirred for 3 months to create a round mid palate.
